Glass City Delivery – Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using our website www.glasscitydelivery.com, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
  1. Use of the Services
    1.1 You must be at least 21 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
    1.2 You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, address, phone number, payment details) when placing orders.
    1.3 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  2. Account Registration
    2.1 You may create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    2.2 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  3. Ordering & Payment
    3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
    3.2 Prices are displayed in real-time and may change without notice. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, and tips.
    3.3 Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
    3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
  4. Delivery
    4.1 Estimated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, restaurant/store preparation time, or other factors beyond our control.
    4.2 Delivery is performed by independent third-party couriers. Glass City Delivery is a technology platform and does not employ the drivers directly.
    4.3 You must be available to receive the order at the delivery address or it may be canceled with no refund.
  5. Refunds & Cancellations
    5.1 Once an order is placed and the restaurant/store has accepted it, cancellations may not be possible and no refund will be issued.
    5.2 Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of the restaurant/store or Glass City Delivery. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Alcohol & Age-Restricted Items (if applicable)
    6.1 If you order alcohol or other age-restricted items, you must be 21+ and present valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
    6.2 The courier may refuse delivery if proper ID is not provided or if the recipient appears intoxicated. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Services (logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by Glass City Delivery or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
  8. User Content & Reviews
    8.1 You may submit reviews, photos, or other content. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content.
    8.2 You are solely responsible for your content and agree it will not be illegal, defamatory, or infringe any third-party rights.
  9. Prohibited Activities
    You agree not to:
    • Use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (hacking, DDoS, etc.)
    • Harass, threaten, or abuse couriers, restaurant staff, or other users
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our technology
  10. Limitation of Liability
    10.1 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
    10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass City Delivery, its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility.
    10.3 Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made).
  11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glass City Delivery and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
  12. Third-Party Links & Services
    The Services may contain links to third-party websites (restaurants, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
  13. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
  14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
  15. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
